I am a motivated professional with leadership experience and above average interpersonal skills. After a long career in Italy as Retail Development and Legal Counsel in the business industry, I moved to USA for family reasons. In order to improve my academic skills, I was accepted in the Master Program of Italian Studies at Florida State University, earning a Master Degree in May 2019. Furthermore, I earned an LL.M. in Introduction in American Law at FSU College of Law in December 2020.
In the past three years, I have been teaching Italian at Florida State University for 4 semesters and I received appreciative comments by students and superiors. As the Vice President of the Società Italiana at FSU, I have organized several events, and negotiated better location and sponsoring activities for the Master Program. I am a recipient of 2019 Love of Learning Award of PHI KAPPA PHI.
Given my background in negotiation, I became a Florida Supreme Court Family & Civil Circuit Certified Mediator (See: https://sagmediation.wordpress.com/).
I am a ATD - Association for Talent Development Certified Coach, and currently working for the Florida Department of Business Regulation as Learning & Development Manager, Special Projects.
